Send your details through the form below. We review your application and confirm by email or WhatsApp.
Book for your guest or client
Send us the dates and the car your guest or client chose by WhatsApp or email, with your business name. We confirm availability in writing.
Your client picks up, any hour
The client signs our rental contract, pays the refundable guarantee and collects the car at the airport, at a hotel or at our office, day or night.
You get paid monthly
At the end of each month we send your statement with every completed rental and pay your commission.

Commission that grows with your volume

Your rate depends on how many rentals your clients complete in a calendar month. Reach a tier and it applies to every rental that month, not only the ones after the threshold.

Commission is calculated on the daily rental rate before VAT (19%). Listed prices include VAT, so we remove it before applying your rate.

Commission after the rental

The default. Your client pays us directly, the rental is completed, and we pay your commission at the end of the month.

Prefer a net rate?

If you collect payment from your client yourself, ask for a net rate: we agree a fixed discount off the daily rate instead of commission, and you invoice your client.

Ground rules for partners

Every client signs our rental contract, shows valid driving documents and pays the refundable guarantee (CLP 600.000 to CLP 1.000.000, depending on the car).
Our cars are for self-drive. They cannot be used as a taxi, for ride-hailing, deliveries or any other paid transport of passengers.
Do your tours use a guide who drives? Tell us before booking. It needs our written approval, and the operator must hold the transport authorisation that Chilean law requires.
Availability is confirmed per reservation, in writing. A booking is only guaranteed once it is paid.

These rules protect your clients and your business. If your case is not covered here, ask us before you book.

Everything agencies, hotels and guides ask before joining

Who can join the program?

Travel agencies, tour operators, hotels and hostels, vacation-rental hosts, DMCs, transfer companies, corporate and relocation services, travel creators, activity operators, and independent guides and tour leaders, local or international. If you send travelers to Chile or have guests who need a car, you can apply. We ask for a tax ID (or a personal ID if you work as an individual), but no IATA number is required.

How are my clients counted each month?

We count completed rentals: the car was paid for and returned within the calendar month. The tier you reach that month applies to all of those rentals.

When and how is the commission paid?

Once a month, after the month closes. We send a statement listing every completed rental and the commission earned. We agree the invoicing details with you when you join.

Do cancelled or unpaid bookings earn commission?

No. Only rentals that are paid and completed count. Cancelled bookings, no-shows and unpaid reservations do not.

Do promotional rates earn commission?

It depends on the offer. We confirm in writing, before the booking, whether a promotional rate is commissionable.

Can I book for several clients or a whole group?

Yes. Each driver signs a rental contract, and you can book several cars for the same dates. For groups, tell us the dates and the number of cars and we assign one coordinator.

Can my clients rent without a credit card?

Yes. International tourists can rent without a credit card using debit card, bank transfer, USDT, cash, PayPal, online payments or Western Union. We confirm the options that apply to each client.

Can a guide drive my clients in one of your cars?

Not without our written approval. Paid transport of passengers in Chile requires specific authorisation, and our rental cars are for self-drive. If your tours work this way, contact us first and we will tell you what is possible.
